I am started to get quite fed up of the taste of my protein shake and I have looked around for different recipes of how I can switch it up, so I have kind of modified my own.
Here’s what I have rustled and mixed together and it only took me about two minutes:
- 2 kiwi (sliced)
- Half a slice of pomegranate (deseeded)
- 2-3 tablespoons of natural greek yoghurt
- 1 heaped spoon of vanilla protein shake
Mix greek yoghurt with vanilla protein shake and chuck your fruit on top… THAT’S IT!…
